WallCraft are a Newry-based plastering company who specialize in ‘Stucco Italiano’ Italian polished plastering. The marmorino (material made from lime and marble) and techniques we use originate from the Veneto Region, near Venice, Italy. This area is well-known for being the richest in Italian architectural heritage and artisanship. Originally marmorino was valued for its durability with its main purpose to protect the structure but with a new generation of designers and architects realizing the potential of marmorino there has now been a resurgence of interest in these finishes. All our plasters are available in an extensive colour pallet and can be incorporated with our marmorino application techniques to produce smooth surfaces with high polish or matt finish, raised relief, company logos, banding or block work etc. We are also an agent for “Paint you can feel” an exciting new range of acrylic based plasters which enable you to recreate a vast range of finishes such as leather, crackle and metal effects. The effects and finishes available are infinite and working closely with our client to create the finest bespoke décor solutions for you in the private or commercial sector.
